Worrying is a waste of energy. If you're worrying about something, it means that you don't trust yourself or the universe to take care of it. You are telling yourself that what's happening isn't good enough and that there needs to be some kind of intervention from outside sources in order for everything to work out okay.
This can lead to low self-esteem and confidence because if we don't believe our own abilities or trust ourselves, then how can we ever feel good about ourselves? It also leads us down paths where we feel like we need someone else's help or approval before making decisions--and ultimately this leads us away from our true selves and towards people who want us only for their own benefit (like narcissists).
You have to trust the process. The process is the same for everyone, and it's a spiritual journey, a journey of self-discovery and growth. You can't rush it or force it; you just have to be patient and let things unfold naturally over time.
Surrendering is letting go of control. You can't control everything that happens to you, but you can control how much energy and effort you put into trying to make things happen the way they might be better for yourself or others. Surrendering means trusting that the universe or God has a plan for us all, and this plan will take care of us if we let it do its thing.
Surrendering comes with trust--the ability to believe in something bigger than ourselves without needing proof or evidence of its existence first hand all the time (which would be exhausting). The point isn't about being gullible; it's about having faith in something greater than ourselves: whether that's nature herself or some deity like God/Yahweh/Allah etcetera.*
By now, you should have a good idea of what it means to be led by the divine. This can be as simple as listening to your inner voice and following through with its advice or it may mean something much more complex. It's up to you how far you take this practice and how much time you spend cultivating it, but know that when we let go of control over our lives and put ourselves in the hands of something bigger than ourselves--whether that's God or nature itself--we will be taken care of in ways we could never imagine possible.
When you let go of control, you become more open to the universe. You allow yourself to be led by divine guidance and trust that whatever happens is for your highest good. You believe in yourself and your ability to manifest your dreams. When we trust the universe, we know that it will provide us with what we need when we need it--even if it means having to wait longer than expected or take a different route than originally planned!
Letting go of control is a process. The more you let go of control, the more you will manifest your dreams.
You can't manifest your dreams if you are in control. You need to trust the process and let go of any resistance or doubt that may be holding back what is meant for you. The universe is guiding each step along this journey so don't fight it!
If you're feeling like it's time for a change and you want to let go of control, we hope these tips have helped you on your journey. Remember that there is no one right way to let go of control--it can be done in many different ways depending on what works best for each individual person. The important thing is that you find what works for YOU and stick with it until it becomes second nature!
