Energy is a force that exists in varying degrees.

Energy is a force that exists in varying degrees. The energy we use to light our homes, run our cars and power our computers comes from different sources. These sources include heat, light, sound and electricity as well as magnetism. Energy can be transformed from one form into another but it cannot be created or destroyed; it always remains conserved.

A human being has both physical and non-physical levels of energy.

Energy is the capacity to do work. It's a measure of how much potential you have to do something, and it can be physical or non-physical. Physical energy is the kind of energy you use when you're doing something like lifting weights or running a marathon: it's your muscles working together to accomplish something that takes effort and strength. Non-physical energy is the kind of power that allows us to think, feel, dream and imagine--the stuff that makes us human!

Both types of power are connected through our minds; they work together as one unit instead of being separate things with different jobs (like two people sharing one body). This means that whenever we use our bodies in some way (whether through movement or stillness), there will always be an effect on our thoughts/feelings/dreams/imaginations at the same time because they all exist within each other at any given moment!

The frequency (or vibration) of your energy determines how you feel, what you think and how the world sees you.

Frequency is the speed at which something vibrates. It's a measure of how much energy is in something, and it can be used to describe both waves and particles.

The frequency of your energy determines how you feel, what you think and how the world sees you. If your frequency is too low (or high), then this will have an impact on every aspect of your life.

Frequency is related to the wavelength of a wave: shorter wavelengths mean higher frequencies; longer wavelengths mean lower frequencies. A good example would be sound waves: if someone speaks into his/her hands whilst cupping them around their mouth so that no sound escapes outwards, then only those standing directly next to him/her will hear what he/she says because there aren't enough vibrations reaching further away due to their short wavelength being absorbed by other materials before reaching them (like walls). However if someone speaks loudly without any barriers between him/herself and another person standing further away from them (or even towards one side), then they'll both hear what was said because there was plenty space available for air molecules inside our lungs containing lots more movement than previously thought possible - this makes sense when considering how easy it would be for us not only talk but also sing along with others during choir practice sessions :)

You can raise your frequency by thinking happy thoughts, doing a little dance in your kitchen and looking at the bright side of things.

You've heard it before: when you're feeling down or stressed, find a way to laugh. Laughing releases endorphins that make you feel good - and those endorphins help raise your energy level!

You can lower your frequency by feeling sorry for yourself, feeling jealous or getting angry about something that doesn't matter.

It's easy to get caught up in negative thoughts and emotions, especially if you are feeling sorry for yourself or jealous of someone else. It's also easy to get angry about something that doesn't really matter.

You can lower your frequency by feeling sorry for yourself, feeling jealous or getting angry about something that doesn't matter.

Your frequency attracts other energies like yours, so if you're feeling down, it's easy to attract more circumstances that make you feel bad.

Your energy determines how you feel, what you think and how the world sees you. It's a combination of your thoughts and emotions that sends out vibrations into the universe. If your frequency is low, it means that your vibration is also low--and this can attract other energies like yours: people who are feeling down or negative in some way will be drawn toward you because their own frequencies match yours!

So if you're feeling down or negative in any way (or even just tired), it's easy to attract more circumstances that make you feel bad. But if someone has a higher vibration than yours--say they're happy and excited about life--then they'll naturally attract more positive things into their life without even trying! That's why being around happy people makes us feel better; they're sending out good vibes which we pick up on subconsciously whether we want them or not!

The energy you put out into the world affects what you'll attract back into your life.

Energy and frequency are a lot like love. You don't just look at someone and know whether they're in love with you, but you can feel it when they're not. It's the same with energy: if someone is sending out negative vibes, it doesn't mean that person is necessarily bad or evil; it just means that their frequency isn't high enough to attract positive things into their lives.

If you want to raise your own frequency so that more good things come into your life (and who doesn't?), try thinking happy thoughts, doing a little dance in the kitchen while cooking dinner or looking at the bright side of things--anything that makes you smile!

In conclusion, it's important to know that your frequency affects what you attract into your life. If you want to attract positive things, then you need to raise your energy level by doing little things like looking at the bright side of things or doing a little dance in your kitchen. On the other hand, if you want to avoid negative situations then try feeling sorry for yourself or getting angry about something that doesn't matter--these actions will only bring more circumstances similar to them into existence!
