The Power of Now

The Power of Now is a book on mindfulness meditation by Eckhart Tolle. It's all about how to be present in the moment, and how important it is to be present in order to live your best life.

When I first read this book, I was skeptical that it could really help me become more mindful or happier. But after trying out some of the exercises in The Power of Now myself, I was surprised at how effective they were! It really helped me relax and focus on what mattered most: my own happiness (and yours).

It's been said that "The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past nor worry about the future but to live each day as if it were your last"--and this quote couldn't be truer when applied towards mindfulness meditation as well as life itself.

Life is a Miracle

Life is a Miracle: Transform Your Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions to Live a Better Life by Deepak Chopra and Adair Chopra

This book is all about living in the moment. It focuses on the importance of being grateful for what you have, instead of focusing on what could be or might happen. The book also teaches readers how to listen to their inner voice and connect with their higher self (or "spiritual essence").

The Miracle of Mindfulness

The Miracle of Mindfulness is a book written by Thich Nhat Hanh, which teaches the reader about mindfulness meditation. It is a simple guide to mindfulness meditation that can be used in daily life.

In this book, you will learn how to be mindful in your daily life by focusing on one thing at a time and being aware of what it feels like before you move on to something else.

A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle

You might be thinking, "Self help books? That's not my thing." I don't blame you; I was skeptical myself when I first heard about this book. But A New Earth is unlike any other self-help book I've read before. It's less about how to fix yourself and more about learning how to live a life where you're not constantly worried about the future or regretting past mistakes--a life where you are able to see everything as it really is at any given moment in time (the "now"), rather than through your own lens of fear, anger, anxiety and stress.

The book uses a lot of Buddhist philosophy but also incorporates Christian teachings on love and forgiveness into its message about mindfulness: living in the present moment instead of worrying about what might happen tomorrow or dwelling on regrets from yesterday. If this sounds like something that could help improve your mental health (and therefore physical health), then A New Earth may be worth checking out!

The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer

The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer

This book is all about meditation, mindfulness and being present. It's a great read if you are interested in learning more about these topics but don't know where to start or what the benefits of meditation actually are. The author does an excellent job of explaining how our minds work, what happens when we meditate and why it's good for us (and our brains). He also gives some great tips on how to practice mindfulness throughout your day-to-day life without even realizing it!

These books will help you live your best life.

You can always learn something new from every author, even if it's just how they choose their words or structure their sentences. The important thing is that you keep reading--and that means not just books but also articles online or anything else related to your interests
